立井溜灰管下料离析问题的研究

摘　　要：分析研究了立井现浇混凝土井壁采用溜灰管下料过程中混凝土复杂的运动状态，即混凝土经过一段加速运动后作“等速”运动．混凝土产生离析现象的主要原因是新拌混凝土工作性设计不当和施工工艺不合理．采用大流动性混凝土、配合适当的工艺，完全可以解决溜灰管下料引起的混凝土离析问题，保证井壁施工的质量．The complicated movement mode is studied during cast in situ concrete for constructing shaft wall through concrete chute, i.e., concrete conducts uniform motion after a part of acceleration. The main reason of concrete segregation are incorrect design of performance characteristic of new mixed concrete and unadvisable operation process. Using concrete with large mobility and combines with appropriate process can fully solve the problem of concrete segregation and guarantee the quality of shaft wall construction.
