摘  要:“2+1”人才培养模式,是近年来我国高职高专院校在教学改革中探索出的一种新的教育教学模式。广东白云学院文秘专业参加“2+1”教改实践初见成效,学生在专业技能、职业操守、沟通协调等方面都有了不同程度的提高。本文旨在通过总结文秘专业04级的实习经验,探索广东白云学院文经管专业校企合作人才培养的模式。Along with the education reform which has been widely spread in advanced vocational colleges, now China sees a newly formed education system and education mode named "2+ 1" (2 years of education in school and 1 year at work). Secretary Majors of Guangdong Baiyun Institute took part in the education mode, and, after one- year operation, 69 graduates of this Majors have been qualified with adequate abilities and skills, with which they have entered employment. They are highly praised by employers for their capabilities in handling various affairs, high sense of duty and honesty. Additionally, under this system, the graduates have brought us valuable information which will benefit our teaching. In this paper, the authors summarize the practice.
