摘  要:鉴于就业压力以及高校人才培养与就业市场需求脱节的现实,根据物流管理专业的特点进行企业调研,对就业市场的需求进行分析研究;有针对性的制订了“2+1”人才培养方案和“1”中的实习指导书以及实习指导方案;对包括教学改革动员,开发实习基地,实习前教育,模拟招聘,实习专场招聘面试及个别招聘面试,为每位学生落实顶岗实习单位,建立学生小组实习指导体制,形成个性化实习指导方案及后续工作等方面进行了研究与实践。In view of the reality of employment pressure and disjoint between the talents education mode and job market demand after the enrollment expansion, according to the specific characteristics of Logistics Management Specialty, the authors made a survey on the job market, and correspondingly established a "2 +1" education mode, the specific measures for the implementation of "1" step, and the guide books for post apprentice. The authors also conducted the consequent study about promoting the teaching reform, develop more apprentice bases, pre-practice education, mock-recruitment, practice Recruitment interview and face-to-face interview which was aimed at enabling every student to get his or her apprentice post and individual practice guide
