摘　　要：石羊河下游民勤绿洲生态脆弱度加剧,环境急剧恶化。在这片绿洲上如何发展农业生产,是区域环境治理和经济发展的主要内容。对民勤历史原因、自然条件和人文环境等多个因素进行调查和分析,提出水是制约民勤农业生产发展的关键因素。并通过对该地区农业生产的现状、已有条件及今后发展中存在的主要困难进行分析,提出了促进农业生产发展的对策和建议。Minqin oasis at the lower reaches of Shiyanghe Rivel is suffering serious ecological and environmental deterioration. Based on investigations into its historical, natural and anthrop-geographic condition analysis, the paper brings forward strategies for promoting the sustainable development of the area, focusing on the balance of agriculture and environment, after discussion on present situations, infrastructures and major problems of agricultural production of the county.
