摘　　要：在当前房地产市场飙升情况下,房地产企业利润一直是人们关心的热点和难点问题。主要探讨了房地产开发企业特别是投资性房地产上市公司在新会计准则下进行利润调控的办法。Under the condition that the real estate market soars at present the real estate enterprises＇ profit has always been the hot issue concerned by the people. This paper mainly discusses the measures adopted by the real estate development enterprises especially the listed investment-oriented real estate enterprises for carrying out the profit control under the new principle.
