摘　　要：随着时代的发展,社会对医学院校的学生及医学专业人员的外语水平的要求会越来越高。但是医学院校英语的教学效果与国际接轨仍然有一定的距离,大学英语教学面临诸多问题。笔者通过实践提出了一些相应的解决方法。With the development of society, medical students and the doctors should learn more English in order to meet the requirements of their career. However, nowadays the teaching effect of English in medical college is not very satisfactory and has some distance with the international standard. There are many problems rising in medical English teaching process. By years of practice, the author puts forward some suggestions accordingly.
