摘　　要：三维仿真技术是近几年来国内外科技界关注的热点,其发展日新月异。随着仿真技术的发展,其在城市规划领域中的应用也越来越广泛,越来越深入。分析了仿真技术在城市规划各阶段的应用,提出了仿真模型、仿真平台的建立以及仿真模型更新的技术方法,并介绍了采用该技术方法完成的多个实例。The 3D simulation technology is the domestic and foreign scientific and technical circles attention hot spot in the last few years, its development changes with each new day. Along with the simulation technology development, it should use more and more to be also widespread, more and more thorough in the urban planning domain. This paper analyzes the simulation technology application in the urban planning stages, and proposes the simulation model, the simulation platform establishment as well as the technical method of the simulation model renewal. Finally, the paper introduces many examples which this technical method completed to carry on.
