摘　　要：对智能综合电子警察自动监测系统的概念作了简要介绍，并针对目前市场对电子警察系统的要求，分析了基于Windows平台开发电子警察的不足，对嵌入式一体化产品的特点和优势进行了简要分析，提出嵌入式一体化产品将在智能交通系统领域得到广泛的应用。Automotive electronics is a rapid growth industry. The demand of automotive electronics will increase dramatically with rapid development of automobile industry. At the same time, the increase of private automobile quantity accelerates the demand of automotive electronics product and therefore requires a more flexible and effective means of law enforcement by traffic administrator. Embedded systems utilized in the electronic police system are more reliable, cost-effective than the control system now available in use. An intelligent automatic integrated electronic-police monitoring system is introduced in this paper as an example of embedded system application. Windows-based development of the electronic-police system presents insufficent to fulfull the requirement of rapid growth of automobile quantity,however, the features and advantages of integraed products of electronic-poloic system are analyzed.
