摘  要:目的观察左旋卡尼汀(L-carnitine,LC)对血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)大鼠学习记忆能力及乙酰胆碱的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠80只随机分为假手术组、模型组、左卡尼汀高、中、低剂量组。水迷宫实验观察大鼠学习记忆能力的改变;碱性羟胺比色法测定海马乙酰胆碱含量。结果模型组水迷宫逃避潜伏期较假手术组和左卡尼汀各组显著延长。与模型组相比,假手术组和左卡尼汀组的海马组织Ach含量显著增多,且不同剂量左卡尼汀组之间具有剂量和效应关系。结论LC可以改善VD大鼠空间学习记忆能力,该作用可能与提高海马乙酰胆碱含量有关。Objective To investigate the effect of L- carnitine (LC) on the learning and memory abilities and Ach (Acetylcholine) in rats with vascular dementia (VD). Methods 80 male rats were randomly divided into five groups, sham -operation group, model group and three different levels of doses of LC groups. The Morris Water Maze experiment was used to measure the learning and memory abilities. The content of ACH was determined by alkaline hydroxylamine. Results The escape latencies in model group were more significantly prolonged than that in the other groups. Compared with the model group, the rats of the sham -operation group and LC group showed the content of Ach in hippocampus was significantly increased. Meanwhile, it had a dose - dependent effect. Conclusions LC can improve the spatial memory of rats which may be related to the effect of increased Ach in hippocampus.
