钬激光治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨钬激光治疗常年性变应性鼻炎（PAR）的临床效果。方法：使用钬激光行筛前神经终末区域烧灼及下鼻甲黏膜下激光凝固治疗PAR患者37例，并比较治疗前后症状及体征分级记分。结果：治疗后症状及体征记分均有明显下降，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01），有效率89．19％。随访一年复发率24．32％。结论：钬激光治疗能安全、有效的改善PAR患者的临床症状。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Ho： YAG laser in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis（ PAR）. Methods： 37 cases of PAR anteri- orethmoid nerve cautery were performed with Ho： YAG laser. Efficacy was evaluated by measurement of nasal symptom scores and sign scores. Results： All the parameters measured were improved after treatment, the scores were significantly less than the record before treatment（p 〈 0.01 ）. The overall effective rate was 89.19%. after 1 year follow up the recurrence rate was 24.32%. Conclusions： Treatment with Ho：YAG laser is effective and safe in alleviating the symptoms of perennial allergic rhinitis.
