摘　　要：实现社会公平正义是发展中国特色社会主义的重大任务,公平正义的实现必须依靠公平正义的制度来保障。在社会主义市场经济条件下,公有制是保障社会主义公平正义实现的基本经济制度,人民当家作主的民主政治制度、注重程序正义的法律司法制度、兼顾效率和公平的收入分配制度以及相应的公共财政和社会体制等是保障社会主义公平正义实现的关键制度。To realize the equity and justice is a major task in developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, which has to be guaranteed by fair and just system. Under the conditions of socialist market economy, public ownership is the fundamental economic system in guarantee the realization of socialist equity and justice, and the democratic political system with people as the master, the legal system focusing on procedural justice, income distribution system giving attention to both efficiency and equity as well as corresponding public finance and social system and others are the crucial systems in guaranteeing the realization of socialist equity and justice.
