摘　　要：精确测量土壤中水分的含量在农业生产和科研中,对于提高粮食产量、减少损失有着重要的作用。本测量仪主要利用电容式传感器的电压随其电介质的值改变而变的特性。本测量仪核心控制部件是MCS-51单片机系统,通过压/频转换VFC电路实现单片机系统和电容式传感器之间的信息传输,运算处理后的测量结果通过LED显示器显示。该系统结构简单且测量精度高,便于设计和操控,在土壤水分测量领域有较高的应用价值。Exactly measure the soil＇s moisture can increase the foodstuff＇s output and decrease the losses,which is very important both in agriculture＇s produce and scientific research.This instrument mainly use the sensor of capacitance and through change its dielectric＇s quantity to change the voltage of the capacitance.The main control part of this instrument is the system of singlechip,through the voltage and frequency convert circuit to achieve the message＇s transfer between the system of singlechip and the sensor of capacitance.Finally the system of singlechip display the operate result by the Light-Emitting Diode.The configuration of this system is not only simple and easy to design but the measure result is precious.This instrument will have great value in the field of measurement in the soil＇s moisture.
