摘  要:根据影响建立在线黑体辐射源的要素及连续退火炉内外物理条件,首次提出,可以将在连退炉中运动带钢与炉辊底部之间自然形成的腔体看作是一个在线黑体空腔,用辐射温度计瞄准该黑体空腔,能够测量运动带钢的温度。并基于黑体空腔理论和人工智能方法,根据工业现场的实际安装条件对影响在线黑体空腔精度的因素进行评价,从"腔体的密闭性"和"腔体的等温性"2个方面,对在线黑体空腔参数进行优化,结果与英国LAND公司在本钢冷轧厂实际应用结果十分接近,为炉体设计和现场安装数据提供了新的规划方法,为在线黑体辐射源的建立积累了经验。According to the factors that influence establishing on-line blackbody radiation sources and the physical condition inside and outside the continuous annealing furnace, the cavity shaped by the moving strip steel in continuous annealing furnace and the bottom of the furnace roller can be seen as an on-line blackbody cavity. The temperature of the moving strip could be obtained with a radiation thermometer aiming at the cavity. Based on blackbody cavity theory and artificial intelligence methods, the factors that influence the on-line blackbody cavity accuracy is evaluated according to the actual installation condition. In view of "obturation of the cavity" and" isothermal characteristic of the cavity", the on-line blackbody cavity parameter is optimized. The result is extraordinary close to the application result of LAND Company in BX-Steel, which provides experiences for establishing online black body radiation sources and a new programming method for furnace design and in-situ installation data.
