摘　　要：城市道路照明节电有很大的潜力。除了选择高效灯具之外,更要实施半夜灯。这就是在深夜,适当降低加在灯具上的电压,达到节电的目的。目前国内外的电磁式照明节电器基本上采用自耦变压器、补偿变压器或电抗器为主要元件,用系统软件控制其分时段调压调亮而节电。根据路灯在不同电压下的光电参数及寿命特性,推定出城市道路照明灯具的最佳供电电压:上半夜为额定电压220V,下半夜为最佳电压200V。组成V/V0变压器-路灯照明节电系统,该系统不需要增加自耦变压器、补偿变压器或电抗器等设施及复杂的控制装置,只需要将路灯变压器作V/V0接线(采用V/V0路灯专用变压器;或将目前使用的Y/Y0变压器的一相悬空);然后通过电子控制器在深夜自动断开变压器二次侧的中性线,变成V/V接线;使灯具的电压从相电压自动变换到线电压的一半。The knot appliance of the urban road lighting system lighting luminaire, it even must carry out half night light. contains great potential. It constitutes the V/V0 transformer-street lamp lighting knot electricity system. The system does not need additional facilities and the complicated control devices, such as automatic coupling etc. We need only to change the street lamp transformer purpose transformer or hang in the air one of the phrases transformer, compensatory transformer or reactors...
