隔药灸治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎65例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察隔药灸治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:对65例患者采用隔药灸治疗。主穴:中脘、气海、足三里、大肠俞、天枢、上巨虚。药物:附子、肉桂、丹参、红花、木香、黄连。结果:基本治愈32例,显效14例,有效13例,无效6例,总有效率为90.8%。结论:隔药灸治疗轻、中度慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of herbs partition moxi- bustion for chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods:Sixty-five patients with chronic ul- cerative colitis were treated with herbs(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Cortex Cin- namomi,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Flos Carthami,Radix Aucklandiae,Rhizoma Coptidis)partition moxibustion on the acupoints of Zhongwan,Qihai,Zusanli, Dachangshu,Tianshu,and Shangjuxu.After treatment,the therapeutic effect was e- valuated.Results:Thirty-two patients were clinically cured,14 markedly effective, 13 effective and 6 ineffective,the total effective being 90.8%.Conclusion:Herbs partition moxibustion has a good effect for the treatment of mild and moderate chronic ulcerative colitis.
