云南发展旅游循环经济的战略构想

摘　　要：旅游经济增长对旅游资源和生态环境带来的压力要求云南发展旅游循环经济,沿着提高一个认识、加快两个试点、实践三个模式、构建四大支撑体系、创新五大机制、推进六项行动的思路,重点运用加强组织领导、出台旅游循环经济激励政策、完善旅游循环经济法律法规、推动旅游循环经济实用技术的研发与应用、推进旅游循环经济试点示范工作、建立旅游循环经济评估认证制度的策略,以实现云南省旅游业的可持续发展。The development of tourism economy creates stress on tourism resources and ecological environment which calls Yunnan Province to develop tourism circular economy. We should follow the thought of improving one understanding, quickening the space of two pilot projects, practising three patterns, building four support systems, innovating five mechanisms and pushing six actions and use strategies such as strengthening the organizational leadership, putting forward encouraging policies of tourism circular economy, improving tourism circular economy rules and regulations, propelling the R＆D and application of tourism circular economy operative technologies, pushing on with the work of tourism circular economy pilot projects, setting up tourism circular economy evaluation and certification system in order to achieve tourism sustainable development in Yunnan.
