摘  要:目的探讨糖尿病(diabers mellitus,DM)早期大鼠心肌组织中胶原纤维(collagen fibers,CF)与醛糖还原酶(Aldose Reductase,AR)的相关性及木犀草素(Luteolin)的保护作用。方法应用链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)左腹腔注射诱发糖尿病,以木犀草素灌胃治疗。分为正常对照组、糖尿病模型组和木犀草素治疗组。分别于30d和60d测定各组大鼠匀浆中醛糖还原酶含量,并利用Van Gieson氏胶原纤维染色法观察各组大鼠心肌胶原纤维。结果DM大鼠心肌匀浆中的醛糖还原酶较正常组显著升高,经木犀草素治疗后心肌匀浆中醛糖还原酶(AR)降低,糖尿病30d和60d心肌组织中胶原纤维增多变粗,木犀草素治疗后胶原纤维变细、减少。结论糖尿病早期大鼠心肌组织中胶原纤维的改变与醛糖还原酶量的变化有关,木犀草素能通过抑制醛糖还原酶(AR)活性而保护心肌细胞。Objective To investigate the correlation between collagen fibers changes of cardiac muscle and aldose reductase in cardiac muscle of early diabers rats and protective effects of luteolin on them. and aldose reductase in cardiac muscle of early diabers rats and protective effects of luteolin on them. Methods SD rats were divided into normal group,diabers group and group treated with luteolin. Modal rats were injected into intraperitoneally by streptozotocin(STZ). The content of AR in cardiac muscle of all rats were quantified after 30d and 60d,the collagen fibers Were observed by Van Gieson collagen fibers dye. Results The content of AR in cardiac muscle increase evidently in DM groups, collagen fibers in cardiac muscle were more in DM groups than the normal group . The quantiry of ARin cardiac muscle of diabers rats treated with luteolin were lower than diabers rats, The collagen fibers decrease evidently in group treated with luteolin. Conclusions The collagen fibers changes in cardiac muscle of early diabers rats are related to the increasing content of AR, which is able to protect cardiac muscle by inhibiring the activity of luteolin.
