摘  要:目的探讨胎兔及成兔皮肤瘢痕成纤维细胞基因表达变化的待征及其可能的生物学意义。方法建立动物模型,收集胎兔及成兔皮肤瘢痕组织进行成纤维细胞培养,用基因芯片技术检测胎兔及成兔皮肤瘢痕成纤维细胞的基因表达变化规律。结果基因芯片高通量地揭示了胎兔及成兔皮肤瘢痕成纤维细胞的基因表达变化的信息,差异表达基因有98个,其中下调的基因有36个,上调的基因有62个,涉及十大类基因。结论胎兔及成兔皮肤瘢痕成纤维细胞的基因图谱存在差别,这些基因的异常表达,可能参与胎儿皮肤无瘢痕愈合及成人皮肤瘢痕愈合的形成过程。Objective To comprehensively analyze the changes of genes and their biologic significance that occurred in fibroblast of fetus and scar of rabbit. Methods To establish the model of animal, Samples were obtained from fibroblast of fetus and scar of rabbit . rules of differentially expressed genes in fibroblast of fetus and scar of rabbit were monitored by using gene--chip. Results Gene--chip disclosed a large scale of information in fibroblast of fetus and scar of rabbit, there were 98 different genes in fibroblast of fetus and rabbit, vAmong 98 genes, there were 36 down--regulated and 62 up--regulated. Conclusions There are differences of gene expression between fibroblast of fetus and scar of rabbit by gene chip, and mayt)e these genes are taking part in development of starless and scar.
