摘　　要：介绍了将单机架冷轧机改造为既能进行冷轧又能进行平整机组的生产工艺流程以及平整工艺参数的试验与优化,改造后冷轧时产品合格率达97.79%,平整时产品合格率达95.5%以上。The process and parameters optimization of temper rolling were introduced after the single stand cold roiling mill was reformed to cold roiling and temper rolling. The percents of pass percent of cold roiled and temper roiling products can be reached 97.79% and 93.5%.
