摘　　要：为避免高速线材轧机精轧机组出现突发性设备故障,用传统的设备点检方式已不能满足要求,为此采用了一种简易有效、投资较少的在线监测技术。系统使用后监测效果明显,避免了多起事故的发生。The traditional method of equipment examination can not meet the need of escaping the gusty accident of finishing mill of high speed wire rod mill. A useful monitoring technique was applied on high-speed wire rod mill of Nanjing Iron ＆ Steel Union Co. ,Ltd. ,and good effects were obtained.
