摘　　要：介绍了华西钢铁公司高线精轧机润滑系统的结构特点,同时分析了该系统存在的备用泵频繁启动、过滤器滤芯易损坏、供油温度过高等问题产生的原因。通过采取相应的改进措施,使问题得到了解决。The structure characteristics of lubrication system of high-speed wire rod finishing mill of Huaxi Iron Steel Co. was introduced. Meanwhile, the existing problems of production, such as frequency starting of spare pump, easy failure of filter, and high temperature of oil, were analyzed, and some countermeasures were put for ward.
