摘　　要：针对角钢蝶式孔型系统存在共用性差等问题,结合蝶式孔型系统设计原理和生产实际,对成品前孔型结构进行了改进,并对蝶式孔型系统设计进行了优化,从而解决了成品孔型厚度尺寸不稳、孔型磨损不均及蝶式孔型共用性差的问题,使换辊换槽总时间缩短15%左右。In view of bad communion of butterfly pass system for angle steel,the structure was inproved of the pre-finishing pass. Meanwhile,the pass system was optimized. Based on it,the time of changing roll and groove can be shortened about 15%.
