摘  要:为进一步降低高炉原料成本,缓解烧结矿资源紧缺的矛盾,济钢1号1750m^3高炉针对自身工艺及装备条件,开发出小粒度烧结矿(3~5mm)入炉技术。应用实践表明,高炉状况良好,各项经济技术指标均有所改善,同时为稳定操作炉型和保护炉体冷却设备创造了优良的条件。In order to reduce cost of raw materials and relieve sinter supply, according to technology and equipment conditions,a charging technology for small-sized sinters (3-5 mm)was developed on No. 1 1750 m3 BF at Ji'nan Iron and Steel Co. ,Ltd. ,The technology was adopted from March to August in 2005 and it was proved that the BF operation and indexes were improved. At the same time the conditions of stabilizing furnace profile and protecting cooling equipment were provided.
