摘　　要：川威集团有限公司为提高钢产量,通过对高效吹氧技术的研究与实践,对现有70 t转炉氧枪进行改进设计,提高供氧强度到4.0 m3/(t.min),同时对新氧枪的冶炼造渣制度和供氧制度进行优化,保证了吹炼稳定,技术经济指标良好,实现年产钢增加20%。In order to increase the output, a new oxygen lance for 70 t converter was designed. Intensity of oxygen supply can be increased to 4.0 m^3/（t · min）. At the same time the slagging and oxygen supplying operation were optimized. The new oxygen lance is helpful to stabilizing the blowing process,obtaining good technico economical indexes and increasing steel output by 20%.
