摘 要:对H型钢轧制过程中腹板波浪的产生机理及形成条件进行了研究。首先利用解析的方法给出了腹板产生屈曲的临界应力和应变。使用有限元软件MSC.Marc,建立了H型钢轧制的弹塑性有限元模型,并成功地仿真出了腹板屈曲现象,给出了此过程中轧件的应力和变形规律。得到了出现腹板波浪时腹板和翼缘相对压下量的临界比值和半波长等特征值参数。The mechanism and conditions of web-wave formation during hot rolling of H-Beam were studied. First, the critical stress and strain for buckling of the web were obtained by analytical method. Then, the finite element model was established to analyze the rolling process based on elastic-plastic finite element method with software of MSC. Marc, and the formation of H-Beam's web-wave was simulated successfully. The deformation and stress during hot rolling were clarified. Some parameters of forming web buckling such as half-wave length and the critical ratio of relative reductions between the web and flange were obtained.
