摘　　要：《国际合同使用电子通信公约》(简称《公约》)是联合国框架内所制定的第一个电子商务领域的全球性国际公约,它确立了电子商务新的国际规则,具有里程碑的意义。《公约》的适用范围比较广,如果加入《公约》,《公约》在我国的适用方式可以考虑采用转化法,同时应根据《公约》对我国的《电子签名法》进行修改。United Nations Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts is the first convention in the field of electronic commerce all over the world. It is a landmark legal instrument that sets a new global standard for electronic commerce legislation. The Convention has a broad scope of application. If China approves the Convention, it is better to adopt the Convention in the form of transformation, and China should modify Electronic Signature Law in accordance with the Convention.
