摘  要:采用三因素二次回归通用旋转组合实验设计,研究了用碱量、温度和保温时间对纸浆得率、卡伯值、白度及聚合度的影响,建立了相应的数学模型。经过优化实验,得出大麻芯秆制浆最佳用碱量(以Na_2O计)为18.73%,最高温度155℃,保温时间86 min。蒸煮结果的预测值与实验值具有很好的拟和性。在最优条件下生产的纸浆得率为51.8%,卡伯值为20.1.白度为38.2%.聚合度为1432。An experimental design of quadratic universal rotatable composite design method was used to determine the influence of three main process parameters, i. e, alkali dosage, cooking temperature and retention time at maximum temperature on the pulp yield, kappa number, viscosity and brightness. Four polynomial models about the three parameters of alkaline charge, temperature and retention time were ob- tained. The optimum conditions for kraft pulping of hemp core were as follows : alkaline charge ( as Na20) 18.73%, temperature 155~C and retention time 86min. The calculated values fit the experimental values very well. The pulp yield produced under these conditions is 51.8%, kappa number is 20.1, DP is 1432 and the brightness is 38.2% ISO.
