摘 要:对落叶松AS-AQ浆氧碱漂白工艺进行了研究。结果表明,氧碱漂白的适宜条件是:浆浓10%、氧压0.6MPa、温度100℃、保温时间60 min、NaOH用量6%、MgSO_4用量0.5%。经氧碱漂白后,浆料的白度由40.3%上升到52.6%,卡伯值由38.2下降到12.0,黏度由1132mL/g下降到982mL/g。在此基础上,用H_2O_2(用量4%)对浆料进行漂白,可以使白度上升到72%,卡伯值下降到7.3,浆料黏度下降到919mL/g。Oxygen-alkali bleaching process of larch AS-AQ pulp was studied in the paper. The result indicated that the optimum bleaching conditions were as follows: pulp consistency 10%, the pressure of oxygen 0.6 MPa, temperature 100℃, time 60 min, NaOH 6%, MgSO4 0.5 %. After Oxygen-alkali bleaching, brightness increased from 40.3 % to 52.6 %, kappa value decreased from 38.2 to 12.0 and viscosity decreased from 1132 mL/g to 982mL/g. The oxygen-alkali bleached pulp was continued by H2O2 bleaching (the charge of H2O2 4% ), and the result was that brightness increased to 72%, kappa value decreased to 7.34 and viscosity decreased to 919 mL/g.
