摘  要:从高分子沉积膜的改性技术、水溶性聚合物的改性与处理技术、无机化合物的改性与处理技术等方面,介绍了造纸填料工程的研究现状;从天然矿物资源的矿物纤维填料、纤维状合成填料、淀粉基填料及绢云母等方面,介绍了新型填料的研究现状,并对其发展前景进行了展望。Fillers are extensively used in the papermaking industry either to lower the manufacturing cost, or to improve the critical properties of paper and paperboard products. In recent years, filler engineering has become a research field with great significance, and the relevant research work has been generally focused on modification and improvement of inorganic fillers. The preparation technologies of engineering fillers including modification with hydrophobic/partly hydrophobic natural polymer deposit film, modification with water-soluble polymer, and modification with inorganic compound are now among the hot topics under investigation. Also, development of new fillers including fibrous fillers, starch based organic fillers, swelling sericite and other related types of fillers with specific desired properties has been proved to be of vital importance in papermaking applications. In this paper, the present status and emerging technologies of filler engineering and new fillers are reviewed, and the corresponding prospective applications are analyzed and presented.
