摘 要:在Na2O-SiO2-CuO-H2O体系中以15%TPABr-85%HMDA为模板剂合成了CuZSM-5分子筛,并用XRD,IR及SEM等方法进行了表征,考察了CuZSM-5分子筛催化苯酚与过氧化氢的羟化活性,研究了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间及n(PhOH)/n(H2O2)等对羟化活性的影响.CuZSM 5 zeolite was synthesized in the system Na 2O SiO 2 CuO H 2O with 15%TPABr 85%HMDA as a simulator. The CuZSM 5 zeolite was characterized by means of XRD, IR and SEM. The framework of the sample has the structure of ZSM 5 zeolite and the parameters, a =2 0171 nm, b =1 9998 nm, c =1 3527 nm and V =5 4565 nm 3, are higher than those of silicalite Ⅰ . It is evidenced that Cu has entered the framework of the sample. The hydroxylation of phenol with H 2O 2 over the sample and the reaction parameters were studied in detail. The results indicated that CuZSM 5 zeolite was a kind of excellent catalyst for hydroxylation of phenol in water medium.
