摘　　要：本文试从"动态均衡"视角对政策有效性进行阐释,并对此进行了相应的延伸,也即将"动态均衡"概念引入了政策有效性分析,最后构建了一个基于"动态均衡"框架下的政策有效性分析的模型。The paper expounds and further investigates policy effectiveness from the perspective of dynamic balance. In other words, policy effectiveness is studied with reference to dynamic balance. Finally, we have constructed a study model of policy effectiveness based on the analytical framework of dynamic balance.
