新药甘氨双唑钠(希美纳)加放疗治疗局部晚期肿瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察甘氨双唑钠（希关纳）对放疗的增敏作用研究。方法：增敏组：常规放疗的同时，用甘氨双唑钠1.25g加0.9％氯化钠注射液100mL静滴，30min内滴完。每周1、3、5各1次，放疗前0～3小时。对照组：常规放疗过程中不用甘氨双唑钠。结果：放疗19次后（DT3800cGY），增敏组可见肿瘤体积缩小达到显效率84.4％，有效率为11.1％；对照组可见肿瘤体积缩小达到显效率55％，有效率7．5％。两组病例的显效率、有效率差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论：甘氨双唑钠具有明显的放疗增敏作用。OBJECTIVE： To observe the sensitization of metronidazol amino acidium natricum （CMNa） in radiotherapy. METHODS： The sensitization group was given etronidazol amino acidium natricuml 1.25g ＋ 0.9% NS 100mL by iv gtt （dripped within 30 minutes） three times a week （Monday, Wednesday, and Friday） in addition to conventional radiotheraphy, while the control group was treated with conventional radiotheraphy alone. RESULTS： After receiving radiotherapy for a total of 19 times （DT3800Cgy）, the rate of showing efficacy in tumor size was 84.4% in sensitization group as compared with 55 % in control group, with effective rates of 11.1% vs. 7.5 %, all showing significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION： Metronidazol amino acidium natricum have remarkable sensitization effect on radiotherapy.
