摘 要:本实验用高岭土作为模拟土壤介质,通过往高岭土中加灭菌培养基、有菌培养基进行对比实验,研究了Q235钢在这两种条件情况下的初期腐蚀情况。实验结果表明:埋样1h~6h时,硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)对Q235钢的腐蚀过程没有明显的促进作用。埋样24h时,SRB的存在对Q235钢的腐蚀起到了促进作用。另外,埋样24h时,高岭土+灭菌培养基中的Q235钢腐蚀形貌表现为局部腐蚀;高岭土+接菌培养基中的Q235钢表面部分区域生成了均匀、疏松的生物膜。A research on the MIC of Q235 in the kaolin soil was done by taking experiments contrastedly in kaolin soil filled with bacteria-divided culture medium and culture medium with SRB. The results showed that: at the early stage, being buried for lhour to 6 hours, the corrosions of Q235 steel were not accelerated obviously with the existence of SRB. However, when being buried for 24 hours, the acceleration on the corrosion of Q235 steel occurred due to SRB. In addition, when being buried for 24 hours, the corrsoin of Q235 steel in kaolin soil with bacteria-divided culture medium was shown to be local corrosion, while that in kaolin soil including culture medium and SRB appearredto be uniform with loose biomembrane.
