N-(2-羟苄基)-DL-α-苯丙氨酸邻菲咯啉稀土三元配合物的合成、表征及抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：以稀土氯化物、N-(2-羟苄基)-DL-α-苯丙氨酸与邻菲咯啉为原料,在混合溶剂中合成了四种新的配合物,通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、紫外光谱和差热-热重分析等手段确定配合物的通式为[RE(sphe)(phen)2].Cl.3H2O(式中RE=La、Nd、Sm、Gd,sphe=N-(2-羟苄基)-DL-α-苯丙氨酸根,phen=1,10-邻菲咯啉),并对配合物的抑菌活性进行了研究。Four new complexes of rare earth chloride with N-（2-hydroxybenzyl）-DL-α-phenylalanine and 1,10-phenanthroline have been synthesized in a mixed solution. The compositions of complexes have been studied by elemental analysis, molar conductance, IR spectra, UV spectra, thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis. It is concluded that general formula of the four complexes are [RE（sphe）（phen）2] Cl· 3H2O （RE=La, Nd,Sm,Gd, sphe=N-（2-hydroxybenzyl）-DL-α-phenylalaninate, phen=1,10-phenanthroline）. Antibacterial activity of the complexes has been studied.
