摘　　要：本文就大学生职业选择的现状及所呈现的价值追求进行了调研,通过调研反映了青年学生虽积极吸收各种知识,但对于自身素质的定位还需要引导,有相当数量的大学生在个人发展选择上,有一定的功利性。此外,职业选择中的就业观念及心理健康问题值得关注。The paper investigates on the status quo of the career choice of university students and their value tropism. It holds that many students are utilitarian in the career choice and personal development. The students＇ view of career choice and their psychological health should be taken care of.
