摘　　要：针对目前国内外长大隧道火灾救援这一前沿问题，从隧道火灾疏散、救援组织计划，设施设备配套与布置，火灾工况下的人流、车流组织等3个方面进行了分析和研究，结合上海长江隧道的特点，制定出了切实可行的疏散、救援设计方案。Regarding to this frontier research topic of fire rescue design in long and large tunnel, it studies the three aspects of personal evacuation and rescue plan, fire equipment arrangement, and person and vehicle flow organization in fire, combined with the characteristics of Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel, giving out a feasible evacuation and rescue design scheme.
