成都市区生活饮用水中贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫污染状况的预调查

摘　　要：目的：对成都市水厂水源水、过程水和城市管网水中贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫污染状况进行预调查，检测其含量。方法：微孔滤膜过滤／免疫磁分离／免疫荧光染色，显微镜观察计数。结果：此次预调查共检测水样20件。其中水厂水源水5件，均检出贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫，其含量分别为贾第鞭毛虫1-45个／10L，隐孢子虫2-22个／10L；水厂过程水6件，有4件检出贾第鞭毛虫，其含量为0．2-0．4个／10L，未检出隐孢子虫；城市管网水9件，有2件检出贾第鞭毛虫和／或隐孢子虫，其含量为0．1个／10L。结论：预调查表明在自然环境中特别是地表水中贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫的污染普遍存在，虽经自来水厂处理后仍有少量存在，对健康人群的危害影响不大，但是对免疫力低下者尤其艾滋病患者的感染可能十分严重，应建立健全生活饮用水中两虫的监测工作。Objective：The research investigated how many Cryptosporidium cysts and Giardia oocysts were in drinking-water in Chengdu. Methods： Cryptosporidium and Giardia in water were lested by Fihration/IMS/FA. Results： Twenty samples have been tested including 5 samples of source-water,6 of process-water and 9 of complete-water in waterworks. All samples of source-water were found Giardia and Cryptosporidium, which concentration was 1-45/10 L and 2-22/10 L Four samples of process-water were found Giardia, which concentration was O.2-0. 4/10 L Two samples of complete-water were found Giardia and/or Cryptosporidium, which concentration was O.1/10 L Condusion： The ubiquity of Cryptosporidium and Giardia exist in environment, particularly in rivers. The waterworks have the ability of reduce the concentration of them, but can not clean them out absolutely. The test of Cryptosporidium and Giardia in drinking-water should be put up widely.
