摘 要:目的:建立污染水中铜离子浓度分光光度法测定方法。方法:在pH=9的氨溶液中,铜离子与二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠作用,生成摩尔比为1:2的黄棕色胶体配合物,在452nm处测定A值,标准曲线法定量铜离子的浓度。结果:铜离子浓度在0.10~2.5μg/ml时,A与铜离子浓度之间具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.9999,回收率为95.8%~102.9%,可获得较好的准确度和精密度。结论:它是测定被铜污染的水质的有效方法,用此方法测水中铜离子的浓度可获得较高的准确度,本方法可行。Objective:To establish the determination of copper ions by using spectrophotometric method. Methods:In the am-monium hydroxide with pH value 6.2, copper ions effected with dithiocarb, and produce yellow-amber colloid compound. The mole ratio was 1:2. To determine value A in the wave of 452 nm. To quantitate the concentration of copper ions by standard curve. Results:When the concentration of copper ions is between 0. 10 and 2.5 μg/ml, the linear relationship is good between A and the concentration of copper ions, the value of coefficient correlation, r is 0. 999, recovery rate is 95. 8% - 102. 9%, the degree of accuracy and precision is high. Conclusion:It is effective to determine the copper polluted water by this method, and the degree of accuracy is higher. So the method is feasible.
