摘  要:目的:初步了解军团菌如何实现从中央空调冷却塔水到易感人群感染过程的传播机制。方法:采用常规分离培养方法,对中央空调冷却塔上方20cm空气中的军团菌进行实验室检测。结果:在6~9月份,在现场中央空调冷却塔上方20cm处空气中均能检测到军团菌,6月1CFU(Colony-forming unit,简称CFU),7月5 CFU,8月6 CFU,9月1 CFU,其余月份3~5月,10-11月在中央空调冷却塔上方20cm处空气中未检出军团菌。结论:中央空调冷却塔上方空气中存在着军团菌气溶胶,可能是实现中央空调冷却塔水到易感人群的传播过程。Objective: To learn the transmit mechanism of LegioneUa in cooling tower water infecting population. Methods: Experimental study on LegioneUa in air 20 cm above the cooling tower of central air-conditioning system was carried out through the methods of routine culture. Results:Legionella in air 20 cm above the cooling tower can be detected from June to September. 1 CFU( Colony-forming unit) in June, 5 CFU in July ,6 CFU in August and 1 CFU in September respectively. However, LegioneUa in air 20 cm above the cooling tower cannot be detected in other months. Conclusion: Aerosol of Legionella exists in air 20cm above the cooling tower. It may be the transmitting mechanism of Legionella in cooling tower water infecting population and pose great threat to public health.
