摘 要:从电力市场的一般均衡理论出发,通过描述电力市场决策模型与一般均衡模型之间存在的必然联系,建立考虑无功功率和有功功率2种商品的电力市场竞争性均衡模型,并利用等报价方法对此均衡模型进行求解。通过对无功功率定价问题的研究,指出一般均衡理论与节点电价理论之间存在的区别。最后,通过IEEE30节点系统的仿真计算表明,电力市场的一般均衡是普遍存在的,可以作为电力市场决策的依据。In the view of general equilibrium theory in electricity market, by describing the relations between the general equilibrium theory and decision model of electricity market, the competitive equilibrium model of electricity market is established with two commodities (the active power and reactive power), and solved by equal price method. Reactive power biding and pricing are analyzed in two-commodity electricity market, and the differences are indicated between nodal price theory and general equilibrium theory. The case study is made on IEEE-30 system, and it is proved that general equilibrium which is regarded as a basis in electricity market pricing is widely existent.
