摘 要:以市售93号乙醇汽油作为试验用油,将一种含有过氧化物的助燃剂M以体积分数1‰添加到乙醇汽油中,在发动机试验台架上考察了该添加剂对乙醇汽油发动机燃油消耗率、缸压和瞬时已燃质量分数(mf)的影响。试验结果表明,在发动机未作任何调整情况下燃用乙醇汽油后,发动机燃油消耗率较原汽油机平均升高4.9%,向乙醇汽油中加入1‰体积分数的添加剂M后发动机燃油消耗率较乙醇汽油机平均下降3.1%。同时,加入该添加剂后发动机缸压峰值较乙醇汽油机有所升高,缸压和mf峰值所对应的发动机曲轴转角提前。The saled 93 # ethanol gasoline (E93) was used as the experimental fuel. A combustion improver named M containing peroxide was added to the experimental fuel at the volume fraction of 1‰. The effects of the additive on engine fuel consumption, cylinder pressure and instantaneous mass fraction burned (MFB) were tested on the engine test bench. The experimental results indicated that the average fuel consumption increased by 4.9 % without any modification of the engine and that the fuel consumption decreased by 3.1% after the experimental fuel was added with 1‰ M additive. It was found for further that the peak cylinder pressure increased and that the corresponding crank angles for the peak cylinder pressure and the maximum instantaneous MFB were advanced after using M additive.
