长期使用口服避孕药妇女对计划生育服务需求的调查

摘　　要：目的:调查分析杭州市育龄妇女使用口服避孕药(OC)现状和服务需求,为OC的使用推广、宣教和咨询提供依据。方法:以调查问卷方式进行定性研究。结果:多数对象主观感觉使用OC对性欲、情绪、体重、月经周期和身体健康等方面无明显影响;最感烦恼的是月经量过少;大多数对象对提供的OC、相关信息和咨询服务表示满意,提供服务途径方便,提供咨询对选择OC有帮助。有关OC效果、优缺点、副作用、长期影响和新型OC的信息的提供相对不足。结论:加强OC效果、优缺点、副作用、长期影响、相应的措施和新型OC信息等的提供。Objective： To investigate and analyze the status of oral contraceptive（OC） use and service damands in childbearing aged women in Hangzhou city and to provide the basis for popularizing, propagating and consulting of contraceptives. Methods： Qualitative study was adopted by questionare investigation methods. Results： Most subjects felt that there were no significant effects in their sexual passion, emotion, weight, menstrual cycles and body health after using OC. The majority trouble was hypomenorrhea. The most subjects were satisfied to the supplies of contraceptives, information and consultation services. They felt that the service way provided was convenient, and the consultations were helpful for their contraceptive choices. But some contraceptive information was not provided enough relatively, such as efficacy, advantages and disadvantages, side effects, long-term effect and new types of OC. Blood pressure could be changed in long-term OC use women. Conclusion： It is recommended that it should be provided the information of contraceptive efficacy, advantages and disadvantages, side effects, long-term effect, appropriate measures and new types of OC further to the women.
