全消光涤纶POY的生产工艺探讨

摘　　要：探讨了采用特性粘数0.626dL/g、TiO_2质量分数2.25%、含水率小于30μg/g的全消光PET切片生产涤纶POY的生产工艺。试验表明,控制纺丝温度290℃,纺丝速度2900m/min,组件压力22MPa,选择摩擦系数低的油嘴及柔和的侧吹风条件,可获得质量优异的全消光涤纶POY。The production process of PET POY from full-dull PET chips with intrinsic viscosity 0. 626 dL/g, TiO2 mass fraction 2.25% and water content below 30 μg/g was discussed. The results showed that the high-quality full-dull PET POY can be obtained using oil nozzle with low friction coeffieiency under the conditions of spinning temperature 290℃, spinning velocity 2 900 m/min, spinpack pressure 22 MPa and moderate cross air blow conditions.
