甘蓝型低芥酸油菜新品种“沪秀青”的选育

摘　　要：采用品种间杂交和回交方法，经过田间农艺性状的选择和实验室品质分析，有成产量高、菜油品质优、熟期适中和抗（耐）病性较好的甘蓝型低芥酸油菜新品种“沪秀青”。该品种菜籽油中芥酸含量低于1％，有益于人体健康的亚油酸含量为25．96％，油酸含量为56．96％，它是一种比传统莱油营养价值更高的新型菜油，对改善食用油品质具有十分重要的意义．A new low erucic acid rapeseed variety 'Huxiuqing'(Brassica napus L. )withcharacters of high yield,good oil quality,medium maturity and better resistance to diseaseshas been bred using intervarietal hybridization and backcross methods and through fieldselection for agronomic character and laboratory analysis for oil quality. The erucic acidcontent is less than 1% in oil. The contents of linoleic acid and oleic acid in oil,which arevery important for human health, are 25- 96 % and 56- 96%,respectively. This rapeseed oil isnot only better than traditional rapeseed oil in nutrient value,but also has a high significancefor improving the quality of edible vegetable oil.
