新型植物生长调节剂ABT6号7号对油菜增产的生理生化效应

摘　　要：新型植物生长调节剂ABT6号、7号应用于油菜具有补充外源激素及促进内源激素合成的作用。能增强根系活力，增加叶绿素含量，提高主茎叶脲酶活性。在持续低温条件下，可以增强叶片细胞质膜的稳定性，减少电解质的外渗率，减轻低温导致油菜的冻害，促进植株稳健生长，最终达到增产的目的。Two new type plant growth regulators ABTs No. 6 and No. 7 were used inour rapeseed production experiments. The results indicated that both of them played asignificant role not only in supplying exogenous hormones but also in stimulating thesyntheses of autogenous hormones. Moreover,ABTs No. 6 and No, 7 can enhance root vigor,increase chlorophyll content and improve the activity of urease in blades on main stem. Inconditions of lasting low temperature, they can stabilize cytoplasm membrane and reduceleakage of electrolyte, and so promote cellular physiological activity and normal function.Therefore,the cold damage may be reduced and high yield reached.
