上海地区草莓炭疽病病原种类及品种抗性研究初报

摘　　要：通过对上海市郊草莓代表性产区14份草莓病样的分离，确定其中5份为炭疽病，据分生孢子世代特征初步认为它们分属于Colletotrichumfragarae和Colletotrichumacutatum两个种。借用离体叶柄接种法对5个分离菌株进行致病力比较，结果表明Colletotrichumfragarae的致病力明显强于Colletotrichumacutatum。本研究还利用喷雾接种法对上海地区若干主栽品种的抗性进行了比较与评价。Anthracnose of strawberry was found in Shanghai suburbs,the pathogens of14 anthracnose-like samples taken from 8 representative strawberry production sites wereisolated,and 5 isolates were identified preliminarily with anthracnose species Colletotrichumfragarae and Colletotrichum acutatum based on their characteristics of conidium generation.Through the comparison of pathogenicity among the 5 isolated strains by the method ofinoculating detached petioles, the result showed that Colletotrichum fragarae was morehighly pathogenic than Colletotrichum acutatum. The disease-resistant abilities of the mainstrawberry cultivars in Shanghai suburbs have also been compared by the inoculation methodof spraying plants in our study.
