摘  要:采用SEM、TEM观察焊态和焊后热处理(900℃×5min或1100℃×1min,水淬)TWE312/616装甲钢HAZ/WM界面区及其附近的组织结构,采用Nano Test600对界面区附近的硬度分布进行测试。研究表明:焊接熔合区组织为类马氏体,而富奥氏体带以奥氏体为主;HAZ/WM界面区的塑性变形主要由富奥氏体带承担,富奥氏体带的加工硬化导致该处硬度升高;高温短时(1100℃×1min,水淬)热处理可导致焊接熔合区及与其紧邻的t—HAZ的进一步软化。HAZ/WM interfacial microstructure is observed either in as-welded or as-quenched (PWHT: 900℃× 5 rain or 1 100℃×1 min, Water-quenched)TWE312/616 high-strength armored steel weldments by means of SEM or TEM respectively. It is discovered that the microstructure in weld bond was composed of martensite-like layer and that in austenite-rich zone it is occupied mainly by austenite. The nano-hardness distribution across the traverse as-welded TWE312 /516 armored steel weldment is investigated by means of Nano Test 600 machine. Maximum nano-hardness readings are observed in austenite-rich zone and this is attributed to the working hardening effects of the plastic-deformed austenite. However, the nano-hardness level both in weld bond and true HAZ just next to the weld bond are less than those in austenite-rich zone. Furthermore, post weld heat treatment, heated up to 1 100 ℃ for 1 min and then water-quenched, would decrease the nano-hardness level both in weld bond and in true HAZ.
