摘  要:引、送风机是火力发电机组的重要辅机之一,其是否安全稳定运行直接关系到机组的安全、经济运行。自机组投产以来,锅炉引、送风机3、4号轴承多台次发生轴承配合轴颈磨损缺陷,严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行。磨损后修复困难且容易复发,成为风机的第一隐患,也是一大技术难题。介绍了引风机轴承缺陷轴颈修复研究、新技术引进及公差配合研究结果。Draught fans and blowers are one of the important auxiliaries of thermal power generation units. The safe and economical operation of generation unit can be affected by draught fans and blowers directly. Since the unit of Panshan Power Generation Co. Ltd. was put into operation, the damage of axletree and journal in No. 3 and 4 axletrees of the boiler's draught fans and blowers affected the safety and stability of unit operation. Additionally, it is very difficult to repair after the damage, and its recurrence is a major technical challenge. The research on repair of the draught fans axletree damage, new technology and tolerance research output were introduced.
