摘 要:以农业院校社会学专业大学生的就业状况为切入点,通过调查发现,其就业呈现出地区集中、公司为主、岗位多样的特点,同时从用人单位反馈信息来看,毕业生的实践能力和综合知识水平有待提高。探讨了农业院校社会学专业人才培养模式与社会需求的契合度,指出当前农业院校社会学专业大学生就业受人才培养模式、社会需求、城乡差距和就业服务体系等因素的制约。在此基础上,通过分析农业院校社会学专业大学生就业趋势,提出了改革人才培养模式、发挥政府宏观政策调控作用、完善大学生就业服务体系等措施,以促进农业院校社会学专业大学生就业。The employment condition of graduates of sociology in agricultural colleges and universities is characterised by concentration of employment regions, company choosing and diversification of jobs. At the same time, judging from feedback from the employers, graduates' practical ability and overall knowledge need to be improved. This article discusses the fitting level between training mode of the talented people majoring in sociology and the social demand, then points out that employment condition is restrained by the factors of training mode, social demand, urban-rural gap, job-hunting service system and so on. On the basis of which by analyzing the employment tendency of sociology majors of agricultural universities, this article proposes the measures of reforming the training mode of talents, giving full play to the macro-coordination role of government's policy, improving the job-hunting service system so as to promote employment of collgeg students majoring in sociology in agricultural universities.
