摘　　要：研究了稀土对6063合金热变形行为的影响，绘制了真应力─真应变曲线，并计算了热变形激活能，得到了各变形工艺参数之间的定量关系，为6063RE合金热变形工艺的制定提供了理论依据．The effect of mischmetal addition on the hot deformation behavior of 6063 alloy was studied. Stress/strain curves are given. The quantitative relations between deformation parameters are obtained. These curves and expressions provide a reliable basis for hot deformation process of 6063RE alloy.
